Officers to be Honored for DUI Enforcement

Janurary 25 at 9:00, four officers from the Muskogee Police Department will be honored by Mothers Against Drunk Driving for their work efforts in DUI enforcement at the Muskogee Police Department.

The most current data from MADD shows that in Oklahoma there were 180 alcohol related deaths in 2016 accounting for 26% of all traffic accidents involving fatalities.

We would like to thank Officer’s Brandon Bycroft, Steven Warrior, Bryan Wilkins, and Gary Reasnor for the time and effort they put into increased training and enforcement of DUI’s in our city. There were 224 arrests made for DUI in 2018 by the Muskogee Police Department and the four officers selected by MADD were a huge part of that enforcement effort. These four officers accounted for 123 of those arrests made.
