Here at Muskogee Pollution Control we treat a yearly average flow of 7.0 MGD (million gallons per day or 28,400 cubic meters /day). Our permitted flow is 13.5 MGD (49,210 cubic meters/day). The average influent BOD is 150.7 mg/L per day with an average effluent BOD of 19.0 mg/L per day. See Lab for permit limits.
