Muskogee Police Department welcomes two new officers

Muskogee police officers Jordan Cochran and Devin Johnson were recently sworn in as the newest members of the Muskogee police force.
"These guys go to school, just to get out of school and go to more school to become police officers," said Johnny Teehee, Muskogee Police Chief.  "They put their time in and they are now ready to hit the streets."
Cochran and Johnson accepted the Muskogee Police oath and were presented their badges by family members.
The City of Muskogee is currently offering a $10,000 sign on bonus incentive for new Cleet certified officers and a $5,000 bonus for non-Cleet certified officers.
